This is usually due to the nozzle being too far from the bed or a dirty surface. Recalibrate your Z-offset and clean the bed with IPA. For PETG, using a glue stick is highly recommended.
Try lowering the layer height (e.g., to 0.1mm) or optimizing the print speed. PLA offers excellent detail and is the best choice for models requiring a smooth finish.
Clogs can be caused by impurities or low temperatures. Use the "Cold Pull" method or replace the nozzle. Ensure previous material residue is fully purged when switching filament types.
Moisture causes stringing, bubbles, or "popping" sounds during printing. Always store filaments in a sealed bag or dry box with desiccant. If it's already damp, use a professional filament dryer to restore it.
This is usually related to Retraction settings or Nozzle temperature. Try lowering the temperature by 5-10°C or increasing the retraction distance. Note that PETG is more prone to stringing than PLA.
This is caused by material shrinkage due to rapid cooling. To fix this: 1. Turn on/increase the bed temperature; 2. Use glue stick for better adhesion; 3. Enable "Brim" or "Raft" in your slicing software.
Our filaments are compatible with almost all FDM 3D printers that use the standard 1.75mm diameter (the most common standard on the market).
